What VegaSec is

VegaSec runs static analysis of smart contracts and repositories and returns a risk report with evidence, declared coverage, analyzer versions and a verifiable signature.

What VegaSec is not

• It is not a formal security audit and does not replace specialized human review.
• It does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. The report describes what was found, with which coverage and which limits.
• It is not financial, legal or investment advice. Do not deposit funds relying only on a report.
• A favorable verdict is an analysis result, not a promise about the future behavior of the contract.

Acceptable use

• Submit only code you have the right to submit for analysis.
• Using the service to attack third parties, bypass controls, test targets without authorization or publish illegal content is forbidden.
• Usage limits may block abuse. When a check cannot be completed, the system denies instead of accepting.

Account

You are responsible for your credentials and for the use of your account. Report misuse through the contact below.

Plans and payment

• The public scan and part of the product are free within published limits.
• Paid plans, when offered, have price and scope described on the pricing page and at checkout.
• Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, it will be honored under the applicable legal terms.

Content and ownership

• You keep ownership of the code you submit and grant the minimum license needed to process, store and display the report.
• The brand, the software and the report format belong to Je4nDev.
• You may use and share the report link as you wish.

Signed reports and verification

The signature proves those bytes were produced by us and were not changed afterwards. It does not prove the technical judgment is correct and does not replace your own analysis.

Anyone can verify a report without an account and without a key, through the public verification page.

Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Je4nDev total liability for the service is limited to the amount actually paid in the twelve months before the event.
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect damages.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of abuse, fraud or legal order, with notice when possible. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

Brazilian law applies. Where consumer law requires it, the venue is the consumer domicile.
